Minota Hagey Residential Development Proposal
Collected and applied real-world surveying data using automatic levels and total stations to model site elevations Replicated the Minota Hagey residence area at the University of Waterloo using Autodesk Civil 3D and InfraWorks Designed a fictional residential development with 10 three-bedroom units, ensuring compliance with City of Waterloo zoning bylaws, building codes, provincial regulations, and incorporating bioretention strategies for sustainable stormwater management

Flood Mitigation Earthen Embankment Proposal
Developed a conceptual flood protection embankment proposal for the City of Cambridge, evaluating mitigation strategies for a 20-year flood event using hydrologic and elevation data Performed geotechnical and hydraulic analyses including slope design, seepage control, and drainage layout, supported by soil characterization (sieve analysis, hydrometer, and Atterberg limits testing) Modelled embankment behaviour using MATLAB and contributed to a comprehensive technical report, including cost estimation, project scheduling, and coordination of design tasks to support timely project completion
